The final of the 2022 Porsche Pro Camp was recently held in Suzhou.

Running over two months, the competition drew over 100 individuals from 114 Porsche Centres across the country to participate in this exciting event. After stand-out online qualifying challenges, six members of Jebsen Motors battled it out for glory alongside 18 other finalists in the two-day final.

After two rounds of fierce regional contest, nationwide nine players representing their respective regions advanced to the final. The final selected Product Ambassadors, Training Experts and Team Champions through three sessions – a knowledge quiz, staff training and product introduction. Mr Alex Gao from Porsche Centre Nanjing Jiangning was awarded the title of “Employee Training Expert” for his outstanding performance. Alex's Central Region team tied with their rival South Region team on the last question; however, Alex's team deployed smart strategy and strong collaboration skills to clinch the championship by 10 points. The judges and the audience cheered loudly for their excellent performance.

The new product launch session saw Mr Leo Li of Porsche Centre Shenzhen Longgang win the title of “Product Ambassador” for his excellent sales pitch, which introduced three separate car types. Mr David Cai from Porsche Centre Shenzhen Longhua showcased outstanding analytic and communication skills to earn him the title of “Employee Training Expert”. Mr Leo and Mr David's South Region team was also crowned the overall runner-up.
