The final of the 2021 Porsche China New Sales Development and Porsche Pro Camp was held in September, with Jebsen Motors achieving exceptional results.
After two previous rounds of online and regional challenges, seven members of Jebsen Motors' new sales team — consultants who have worked for the Porsche brand for less than two years — competed against eleven others from across the country in the New Sales competition, held in Qingdao.
In the final, each finalist teamed up with the Porsche Pros from their centre for the team competition, which included a quiz, customer complaints handling and audience voting. Ms Leona Yang and Mr David Cai of Porsche Centre Shenzhen Longhua won unanimous recognition from the judges with their excellent performance and strong collaboration skills. Having won the national championship, they now have the chance to attend training at Porsche's German headquarters.
Jebsen Motors representatives comprised four of a total of 24 finalists in the Porsche Pro competition. The competition included two parts: a regional debate competition and a new product introduction. As one of the Team South Region's delegation, Mr Leo Li of Porsche Centre Shenzhen Longgang performed well, winning champion in the regional debate competition together with his team. He also won the title of "Product Ambassador" for his excellent performance in the new product introduction challenge.
