In 13th August 2021, Jebsen Motors officially launches Porsche Service Centre Shanghai Puxi – Porsche’s first service centre with body & paint services inside the Puxi inner ring.
The new Porsche Service Centre Shanghai Puxi is located in Building 3, 21-23 Xuhong MiddleRoad, Shanghai’s Xuhui District. The two-floor service centre covers an impressive 3,083 square-metre area, with a total construction area of 2,312 square metres, providing professional, comprehensive after-sales service including mechanical and body & paint services. It also contains a showroom for Porsche used cars that provides services such as assessment, trade – in and consignment. The centre also features the latest model of fast-charging station installed onsite, which is compatible with Porsche's BEV model Taycan. Porsche Taycan owners can charge up to 80% of their car’s battery capacity within just half an hour.
Porsche Service Centre Shanghai Puxi has adopted several industry-leading digital technology solutions, demonstrating Jebsen Motors’ emphasis on innovative digital strategies. The new Service Centre will be equipped with a call centre to maintain the quality of its services, increasing service efficiency and customer loyalty. Additionally, server rooms are equipped with environment monitoring systems to ensure operational safety, improve internet stability and minimise network security risks.
The new Service Centre has also implemented energy-saving measures to reduce environmental impact, including the installation of an advanced exhaust air treatment system. Exhaust systems with filter and absorption equipment have been installed at all spray booths and paint preparation work bays, purified air that meets emissions standards is discharged at a high level. The exhaust fan is controlled by a frequency convertor, and is automatically adjusted according to load size, ensuring that the fan is always running within a high-efficiency range.
The new Service Centre’s elite after-sale service team comprises 30 employees, including two Porsche Gold-Certified and three Bronze-Certified Technicians. Together with Porsche Centre Shanghai Puxi and Porsche Centre Shanghai Minhang, the new Service Centre has established a strong talent base for Jebsen Motors in Shanghai and is dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality products and services.
